Two exhibitions and a video presentation tell the story of events at Base 20 and throughout the Kočevski Rog region during World War II. Access to the barracks is possible year round, and you can enjoy the exhibitions and the video presentation from April to September.

From the peak, you can survey Bela krajina, the Gorjanci mountain range, and northern Croatia. The Planina-Mirna gora Forest Education Trail begins in the village of Planina below Mirna gora. Walking the trail, you will learn about the structure and life of the forest, the majority of the local trees as well as some foreign trees, and various species of bushes. Close by are the remains of a forest railway, and a mountaineering trial leads through Planina to Mirna gora.
