An interesting feature of the castle is that the renovated architectural elements such as the southeast and southwest towers, entrance portal, stone window frames, vaults, crenels, and so forth are from various construction phases and historical periods. A wonderful view of the Kolpa River canyon spreads from the castle.

The Association has marked three hiking trails, and its members also organize guided tours of the region and local domestic handicraft activities (hand knitting from local wool, crocheting, bobbin lace making, manufacturing ceramics, pottery).
